Church groups, sports teams, family reunions and work crews — we can usually keep everyone together across our two Heidelberg properties.
Groups are easier to host when someone is thinking about the whole booking rather than individual rooms. We look at how many people are travelling, who is happy to share, and what the budget per person needs to be.
Between the Hospitaal Street guesthouse and the Meyer Street budget accommodation, we have a range of room configurations to work with — and a garden, pool and braai area that make a group stay feel like a get-together.

Church, school and sports groups
Groups travelling on a tight budget are usually best placed at Meyer Street, where simple twin and multi-bed configurations and shared kitchen facilities keep the cost per person low.
If you have leaders, parents or guests who would prefer something more comfortable, we can split the booking across both properties without splitting the group across town.
